If you speak to most Estate Agents, and ask them how they feel about the short term future of the UK property market, most will give you a cautious, unoptimistic reply. We spoke to a few Estate Agents in Bristol, and the general consensus was that entry into the property market for most is still, more or less blocked by poor availability of credit. "The life blood of the market, the first time buyers, simply can't make it to the first rung of the ladder", said one Estate Agent.
