The Wall Street fascination with rentals: Is the big rush with investor buying locking up the supply of real estate? How retail buyers are priced out of the equation.
What an odd real estate sector. The Fed, allows banks to hold off foreclosures bypassing any standard accounting rules in order to supposedly help the regular American. The market picks up because of low supply and rate manipulation. Now, these big banks are selling from their left to right hand and locking out regular buyers for more years. Anyone that thinks this is some sort of free market is simply not paying attention.
